We had the axles on our travel trailer straightened last year (2016) by Sunshine and were totally pleased with their work. THIS year we found ourselves in axle trouble again, so we made an appointment to again get them straightened. We do a LOT of boondocking, and traveling on bumpy dirt roads is our normal route.
When we arrived the morning of our 'appointment' we were told we weren't "in the computer". GASP! Kalii looked all over (different dates) and couldn't find us anywhere. For us, hauling the trailer up from Carson City is not a small thing, at least not for maintenance. I hadn't written down the name of whoever took the appointment info so I was no help here. But, being the professional business that Sunshine is, they made stuff happen. Kalii said if we leave the trailer they would try to get to it either later or the next day. We were leery about leaving our trailer overnight in unfamiliar surroundings but we were assured that if it was outside it would be behind locked gates. Ok, we left it. We were happy that they made arrangements to work on our trailer AT ALL!
I called that night to see if they were able to start work on our trailer. Yup, it was in the shop already and should be done by 11am the next morning.
Next morning we got a call. It was ready NOW (about 9am!). They said the technician stayed late the previous night, and came in early this morning to get this done. Probably because they had to fit us in where there was no ROOM for fitting in. I'm impressed. They turned a bad situation into an acceptable one, and we are thankful for that. If only they weren't 40 miles away . . . We would readily make them our go-to automotive and RV repair facility.
Thank you Sunshine for doing what had to be done to make up for whatever caused this "Oooops".
