Don't believe anything they tell you!!!!

Raymond: Apparently from your review, you not only didn't you agree with the diagnosis, but you felt that we were not being honest with you. In speaking with our Lead Mechanic, one of the top in town, who diagnosed your car, all I can say is that if we went after your problem, and in the process found that he was wrong about what the problem actually was, we'd take care to make sure that you would not get charged for any mistaken diagnosis on our part. Please give me a call, I'd like very much to do whatever I can to help resolve your distrust in us, and fix your car too. We did leave a message on your phone, in case you didn't receive it. We were very happy with the service we received at Sunshine Service. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We discussed our concerns about our RV and they suggested a tiered approach to check the brakes and other systems so that only necessary work was done. We were so happy that the work was completed in less than one day (a different shop had wanted us to leave the RV for a least a week for the same service).
