This was my first visit to Sunshine Service. I was impressed with the speed in scheduling an appointment and as well as the repairs. A special thanks to Kalii for taking the time to explain the needed repairs. Sunshine Service is my new go to place for all my vehicle services.

It’s really a 4.5. Fast service, really nice service. They tend to change the book price no matter how long it takes to complete the work, which is most times quicker, but they met me on it and I have a really nice driving car again!

I walked into there office at 4 p.m. and Rick greeted me and asked what he could help me with. I explained I had a grinding sound in the right rear. Rick explained they were winding down for the day but he would at least like to perform a check to be sure the car was safe to drive. Within 15 minutes it was discovered the rear break pads needed replacement so I was given an estimate and asked if it could be completed tonight (I forgot to mention I live in Portola, Ca.) and Rick told me if the parts were available they would correct the problem. Fast forward to 5:45 p.m. I'm driving home. Can't say enough about the positive experience. If i'd had received half the treatment I got I would have been happy. Had 4 wheel alignment done on Honda Accord and it was done promptly and accurately. The price, with special, was better than most places. The results were carefully explained and written results were provided. Any suggested additional work was noted and completely explained. This was my first visit to Sunshine Service but it will not be my last. Everyone was very helpful and professional, actually my experience could not have been better. Sunshine Service is pretty much a full service organization that can address most, if not all, of your auto needs. They have become my go to auto mechanic. I believe they are honest, reliable and professional people. Give them a try, I think you will be as impressed as I was.

Excellent staff, very knowledgeable. Work was done quite quickly, showed me what was wrong, what needed to be done. Once they were done, told me I needed an alignment but I could wait since it wasn't bad. Definitely recommend.

full, accurate , caring, honest service, clear , credible explanation of inspection and alignment status, which is rare today at many other Reno shops.

Great job, got it done with no surprises.
