Getting the alignment on my car here was an unexpected great experience. Kalie who helped me was very pleasant, courteous, and professional. I had gotten new tires mid afternoon and took the car over there right after. Because they needed four hours, we left the car. They called early the next morning and said it was done. When I went to pick up my car, they explained what they did, what I should do to keep in alignment (don't run into/over curbs, avoid if I can, pot holes, etc) and to call them if I had any questions.It is the best auto experience besides the tire department at Costco since we moved to Reno. I had considered waiting until I could go down to Orange County, CA, to get it done but the tires and alignment would be good to do the trip. Thank you Sunshine.

Sunshine Service has always done an excellent job on my cars. They are trustworthy and very professional. Haven't come across an problem with my car they can't solve. They did a great job with the brakes and rotors on my wife's BMW and they are one of the few auto repair shops in Reno to offer amsoil brand motor oil.. Give them a try you won't regret it.

I called Sunshine Service with a headlight problem. Even tho there were RV's scheduled the shop was able to get me in the same day. The problem was identified & they fixed my car. Had a Roadmaster sway control system front and rear on our motor home and they have helped considerably as far as left to right sway about 90% better. A little on the spendy side but will worth it. Have not driven it in a cross wind, will have to see.Good job guys.

We had taken our 06 Trailblazer everywhere and spent over a thousand dollars trying to fix an intermittent electrical problem. At last, someone told us about Sunshine Service. They took my car in the next day and within 30 minutes, their excellent mechanic found the problem and fixed it. My husband was having surgery that day and I couldn't get a ride down to pick up my car - it was no problem for them; the owner came and picked me up. Then besides fixing the problem, they gave the vehicle a thorough going over and their price was extremely reasonable. I wish we would have gone there to begin with. We would have saved a lot of headaches and money. I also appreciated the way they listened to me when I brought the car in, and asked important and specific questions and when fixed they also explained in detail what was wrong and what they did to correct it. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS! We plan on using them from here on out.
