Very nice service, friendly staff, they showed me and explained me the problem with my car, what I really appreciate, I'm not fully in english and I don't know anything about cars,but I can tell you: I totally understood the situation! And, in addition, they have a very comfortable waiting area, with snacks, coffee, Tv and wifi! Have been 2 weeks and my car brakes work perfect!

Everyone was friendly and they got my vehicle done in the exact amount of time they said they would.

I had to come here earlier this year due to a lug nut and axel issue on my Nissan Xterra. I was referred here from Discout Tire after trying to have my tires rotated and they couldn't get one of the wheels off due to this issue. The guys were super friendly and helpful and kept in contact with me through the entire process. They let me know when they got parts, or needed other parts. The day of pick up was a little challenging due to my work schedule. I not only had to go pick up my car from them before they closed, but also take back the rental car I was using in the meantime. Luckily, the guy I was in contact with here was flexible on his means to get me my car. I told him I had the electronic keyless entry to my car and could unlock it if he would just leave the receipt and key in the glove box. He agreed and then time was no longer an issue. I think the whole process took about a week in the early part of April. So time of year may have something to do with their timeliness (as would any business). Great service. I do recommend these guys! Disclaimer: I did not end up paying for the service, as Discount Tire assumed responsibility for the damage and thus paid for the service.
