Brought in my triple axle boat trailer for brake check. Kalii regularly kept me informed on their work progress and Rex did an outstanding job on the service to flush out the brake actuator, replace axle seals, replace bearings as well as provided a longer trailer cable. Highly recommend Sunshine Service! I traveled 60 miles to get here and will only get my trailer serviced at Sunshine!

Made an appointment and dropped my Honda off for an alignment and received a call about 3 hours later that both of my ball joints and tie bar were bad and my front tires were cut on the inside. Was told that he couldn't allow me to drive my vehicle home and I would have to have it towed. When I get to the shop, I'm then told that ball joints are good but boots are ripped open and that actually only the driver side front wheel is cut. I point out that I have a perfectly good spare tire on the back of my vehicle and get no response. I'm told that I really shouldn't be using wheels with spacers and should instead buy stock wheels. Tow truck driver arrives and tows vehicle to my house. I inspect the undercarriage and find that tire is not cut but has rubbed heavily against lower arm and the boots on both of my ball joints appear to have been freshly cut open a couple of inches as they are caked with dust except for where the incisions have been made. Furthermore I can't replicate the rubbing by turning my steering wheel. At this point I can only come to the conclusion that the mechanic had initially forgotten to put the spacers back on my wheels and caused damage to my tire and suspension during a test drive. Very unhappy. Update after 6 weeks of driving my supposedly undriveable vehicle: Actually Mark, it appears that you don't have it in you to admit when your mechanic has made a mistake. I have nothing to gain from this review. My tires that were damaged because of your shop's carelessness were admittedly already bald and needed replacing. My tires do not rub on the control arms as I've tested my vehicle thoroughly over the course of 6 weeks. Your mechanic forgot to reattach the spacers on my wheels and caused damage to my tires and apparently tried to cover it up by requiring me to have it towed if I wasn't going to pay for the damage. All I wanted was an apology, not to be called a liar. I recommend this to anybody that brings their vehicle to ANY mechanic: Take as many pictures of your vehicle as you can before dropping it off in their care, otherwise chances are good that you will get the same treatment that I received.

Had my car's rotors replaced here a couple months ago after experiencing a horrendous grinding noise when braking. Turned out that the prior mechanic (from a different shop) had put one of the pads on with the wrong side facing the rotor. When he didn't 'have the time' to look at my brakes, a friend referred me to Sunshine. Very happy with their service. The Sunshine reps were friendly and professional and spent a great deal of time showing me all the problems they'd found on their inspection and explaining their safety concerns. Two hours later everything was fixed and I was on my way. I definitely will go back.

Sunshine has excellent customer service!!! Scott was so helpful and clear about what needed to be done on our trailer. We are customers for life because of the excellent service and communication. Scott even took the time to make sure we understood the new brake controller we had installed by the dealer. He went above and beyond. Everyone there was super nice too. Thank you Sunshine!!
