I recently took my car in to have a lug bolt replaced and while it took longer to repair than I was told (the part arrived late), the crew at Sunshine stayed late on a Friday in order to have it done that day, as they had promised. I brought my RV in for service on the generator, while driving I notice my cab air conditioner was not cooling properly I asked if they could take a look at it. They did and found a problem. In my past records your guy found that I have a service warranty on the RV and he took the initiative to call them and get their approval on any work that might be needed before calling me. So he was able to let me know that it may be covered under the warranty when he called to give me the estimate of repairs needed. I am very grateful for this as I may of forgotten to mention it and then I would have had to pay the entire bill instead of the warranty company picking up their share. This is what I consider over and above service. This is the kind of service that brings me back to you the next time. Thank you Bill Sutman
