Wife made a brake appointment. Was told to drop car off at 7:30 in the morning was told she could pick it up at 10 am. She came back at ten am as directed. The car have not been worked on or moved. When she asked why and she had a appointment the only answer given was there was another car being worked on and some things take longer then others. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

We were completely satisfied with the work and service we car from Sunshine Service. I've been a customer in the past and I am still very glad that I chose to come back for more work when I needed it. A very professional shop, obviously their specialty is alignment I believe they are fully capable fixing many other issues as well.

This was the first year I had nt RV serviced by Sunshine.. The first was a replacement of a cracked block, a major project. The second, a review of an electrical problem I'd been having. Both were completed in a reasonable time and she now runs at least as well as when we bought her (used) in 2006. I'll return for whatever else I may need in the future. Le

My appointment was much faster than predicted and the service was preformed just as they said it would be. I also appreciated the diagnostic email I was sent that went through everything that was checked

Excellent service. Professional, courteous, cost very reasonable. No surprise they're the only alignment shop in the area contracted with Costco.

The best mechanics around! However, they will try to sell you other services and will not complete repairs such as a wheel alignment if your front end is not perfect
