Sunshine did exactly what they said they would do. No up sell, no nonsense. They will be my choice for car service from now on.

I recently had a headlight go out on my Lexus which has to be specially ordered. Sunshine found the part and replaced it in just over an hour.

Had the guys at Sunshine align my single axle trailer after I installed an LCI correct track II system to gain a 2 inch lift. The work was done promptly and correctly and the total bill was even 50 dollars cheaper than what was quoted. This is my first experience with Sunshine, but probably not my last.

Sunshine is a paradigm of what customer service should be. My first time doing business with them couldn't have gone more smoothly. I forgot that my appointment was for 10 not 10:30 until about 9:45. I called as soon as I realized my error. They were courteous and told me they would figure it out when I got there. They gave me a two hour estimate, which they cut in half. One of the best things is the link to their 44point inspection of your vehicle. This gave me a feeling that I was valued and gave them a customer for life.

We had the axles on our travel trailer straightened last year (2016) by Sunshine and were totally pleased with their work. THIS year we found ourselves in axle trouble again, so we made an appointment to again get them straightened. We do a LOT of boondocking, and traveling on bumpy dirt roads is our normal route. When we arrived the morning of our 'appointment' we were told we weren't "in the computer". GASP! Kalii looked all over (different dates) and couldn't find us anywhere. For us, hauling the trailer up from Carson City is not a small thing, at least not for maintenance. I hadn't written down the name of whoever took the appointment info so I was no help here. But, being the professional business that Sunshine is, they made stuff happen. Kalii said if we leave the trailer they would try to get to it either later or the next day. We were leery about leaving our trailer overnight in unfamiliar surroundings but we were assured that if it was outside it would be behind locked gates. Ok, we left it. We were happy that they made arrangements to work on our trailer AT ALL! I called that night to see if they were able to start work on our trailer. Yup, it was in the shop already and should be done by 11am the next morning. Next morning we got a call. It was ready NOW (about 9am!). They said the technician stayed late the previous night, and came in early this morning to get this done. Probably because they had to fit us in where there was no ROOM for fitting in. I'm impressed. They turned a bad situation into an acceptable one, and we are thankful for that. If only they weren't 40 miles away . . . We would readily make them our go-to automotive and RV repair facility. Thank you Sunshine for doing what had to be done to make up for whatever caused this "Oooops".

was there 10/25/17 for check engine light-on they had replaced airflow sensor in February & solved the problem but while driving hit a bump & gas cap came loose --was not sure if light came on because of work they did or gas cap ----they checked their work & said it was O.K. I had put new gas cap on they checked for other problems & did not really find more knocked out the light code & said if came back on to bring back so far it's been a few days & light has not come back on----very pleased with their service the staff & technicians-were courteous & professional & waiting area was neat clean & comfortable

Been around forever and a great reputation. Top notch technicians/mechanics.

This is my go to place. The mechanics don't take advantage of you just because you are a woman. I would trust them again and again.
