We picked this place because of the five stars that they have, made an 8 o'clock appointment for an oil change and came in and they said we had to leave it for 24 hours, then why make an appointment?? We told them we live in our motorhome at the moment and they could not do it. There goes $300 in their pocket, we are really just flabbergasted. We made an APpointment.

Horrible service. Called in advance to schedule an appt and told them I would be waiting in the store to pick up my car which resulted in my appt being pushed back 1 week. When I checked in for my appt, they said it would be an hour and a half to 2 hours. An hour later, they hadnt started working on my car. When I asked about it, the guy said it was my fault for not saying I'd be waiting in store (which I did) because of their "2 waiters per day policy" and was generally being a dick. Left immediately and will not be going back. Take responsibility for your mistakes and stop blaming your customers!

Customer service was excellent. Kept me informed of my repairs and completed them in a timely fashion. Would recommend to all of my family and friends!
