I do 95% of the work that needs to be done on my own vehicle. Doing an alignment on my vehicle is beyond my expertise. I had a lot of questions for the mechanics when I picked up my vehicle. I was referred to Sunshine Service by Discount Tires for an unknown noise on my Nissan. Working with mechanics can be extremely stressful if you don't know who they are, anything about vehicles, or an appropriate cost to fix a problem. I was a bit apprehensive to pursue navigating the unknown noise that needed attention. The folks at Sunshine were professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. They continued to check on me while I waited and informed me of the progress on my vehicle throughout. While I sat in the waiting room, I listened to the two service writers answering phones, dealing with face-to-face traffic, managing mechanic traffic with diagnostics and prognosis, etc. I was there nearly two hours and they worked non-stop - professional and positive to everyone! It turned out the issue with my car was minor and they fixed the problem for minimal cost and gave me complete diagnostics on my vehicle. These guys were great! I am happy to say we have found a company we will return to in the future. Thanks Sunshine!
