This shop does excellent work. They were able to determine what was causing the brake problem and fix it after many failures from other automotive repair shops. We have used them several times now and have been very pleased. The guys at the counter are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining what needs to be done. They are very kind and courteous and being a very senior lady, I appreciate their relaying information in a respectful and forthright manner. The mechanics actually call you to tell you what they did. I feel that I can trust them and I will continue to take our vehicles to them for repair.

Alberto De Paz is an excellent service advisor. He gave us all the information we needed when we first came in for an appointment. Alberto was very honest about the length of time it would take to do our alignment and if there were more problems found during inspection, the possibility of having to leave our car there rather than waiting. Alberto was very kind and very professional. Unfortunately, the inspection showed serious problems that were the result of the previous service shops work. Alberto explained in detail and showed us pictures of what had occurred from the work of the previous service shop. He called the service shop and spoke to the service manager of the facility, explaining what they found. Needless to say, we left our vehicle at Sunshine Service and Alberto called a taxi for us to get home. Thank you Alberto!
