I was sent to Sunshine because another business messed up my tire. They repaired a stud on my BMW. The customer service excellent and all aspects of my visit was 5 star!!!!

The service was fast and thorough and the customer service representative was helpful and courteous. Everything was explained to me clearly and they answered all my questions about additional service that may be needed to my vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable and offered cold beverages and coffee if you are waiting for service on your vehicle.

I had to have some work done on my truck. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. They diagnosed and fixed the issues with my truck in 2-3 days. Very polite and honest when it came to any interactions. They took the time to truly do a great job.

Had alignment and suspension work done on a vintage vehicle. Their most experienced technician is Jim and he had a great understanding of my 82 year old suspension system. He did a great job. The young guys just don't understand these vintage machines. Unfortunately these experienced older guys are disappearing fast.

The whole experience was great. Al was very helpful explaining prices and how it would all work. Out tech Luke was very knowledgeable and go us in and out quick. Will go to them in the future for maintenance work and recommend them to friends and family

Professional, accommodating, thorough and efficient

Excellent service. Brought car in for brake work. I waited, so I scheduled an appointment ahead of time. When the estimate arrived, it was clear what was wrong, what they would repair, and an accurate cost of what it would be to repair. I received pictures of the work and a gauge in the estimate as to what was critical (red) and what could be postponed (yellow and green). Very clear, professional communication. Work was done quickly and checked. I'm impressed and will return for other services in the future.
