I got an alignment and wanted my brakes checks. I was checked in and out within a few minutes, but had I been waiting there, there was a small lobby with soft couches and a small fridge with complimentary beverages. lAwesome customer service; Justin explained the service report over the phone and then again in person when I picked up the car. A link to a detailed report, including photos, was also messaged to prior to pick up. The front desk gal and Justin were both kind, patient, and professional. The whole process was extremely transparent and my alignment is good. No pressure to perform more services as the brakes are still in decent condition. The price seemed totally reasonable for a full inspection and the work done. I will definitely use Sunshine in the future.
