I had a brand new camper trailer that had malfunctioning brakes. The rv dealer (out of state) told me to contact a local company for repairs and they worked cover the cost. Sunshine figured out what the problem was quickly and fixed it very efficiently. Their service department is superb, and I’d go back to them for my trucks maintenance in a heart beat.

I brought in my F-150 because I was pretty sure brakes were needed. I scheduled for a Friday but said I needed the truck on the weekend and was told no problem if they could get parts in time. I got the call mid morning that I did need front and rear brakes and rotors and they would have finished by end of day. End of the day came and they said the work was done, but they were not happy with the outcome and wanted to test further. There was a vibration they didn’t like. I didn’t want the hassle of picking up to drop off again, so just left it for Monday. Multiple mechanics evaluated the brakes and vibrations, ultimately concluding that there was a defect with the new front brakes. They ordered new brake parts and installed them. They worked perfectly. I was told it is extremely rare, but had happened before. I felt like they could have as easily shrugged and said oh well. But they didn’t and had the integrity to get it right.
