I brought my motorhome to Sunshine service and they did a lot of troubleshooting on it. Doug, the technician, is OUTSTANDING and knows exactly what he is doing. He was very thorough and wrote everything down that he did. One of the most comprehensive mechanical notes I've ever received from any auto/RV service. Kalii and Samantha in the office are extremely professional. It took some time to find the issues but was worth the wait and the cost. I am now a client for life and I HIGHLY recommend this company. I use their alignment service and it’s the best. I have been going there for many years now and I just love their service and products. Employees are super nice friendly. Great price and their alignment service is awesome. I would never goto a dealer or tirepluss for lifetime warranty but does bad jobs. Sunshine also perform a 60point inspection for free but unfortunately this time they couldn’t do it for me because their parking lot was under construction. Got a deal for this shop via Costco. I had a family member drop the car off for me since I was working. The diagnostics were very thorough! I was only there for an alignment after getting new tires, but it was cool to see all the other components of my car were also looked at. I liked that the diagnostics were sent digitally so I could more easily keep them on record. The only negative part is that they want your car all day even with an appointment. They said they'd call me when my car was done and they called 5 minutes from closing which meant we had to wait another day for the vehicle. Overall, would still recommend this place to a friend with the Costco deal.

Easy to make appointment, liked the ability to do after hour drop off. Plenty of communication regarding diagnosis and service, I appreciated the complimentary inspection of my vehicle, it did point out that my battery would soon require replacement. Would definitely recommend this business.
