Customer service was also great with friendly staff who was willing to explain the cost breakdown as well as what maintenance I'll need next. Excellent communication

By far the best shop I’ve been to personally, mainly for the short lift necessary for my vehicle. The mechanics had seen noticeable room for improvement to help the longevity health of the vehicle and pulled me to the side with recommendations which led to better decision making rather than rushed work. Also the link shared of the vehicles overall health after being serviced is extremely useful and appreciated, will definitely be back, thanks.

I contacted Sunshine Service for a front wheel alignment on our '19 Ford E350 Superduty chassis Class C motorhome. The quote was $380, which seemed reasonable so I scheduled an appointment. When I came in the nice lady up front told me that the manager had to 'adjust' my quote because it was a Ford and might need caster/camber sleeves at a rate of 1 hour per side. Quote went from $380 to over $800. Bear in mind that they had full details on the vehicle. An alignment includes potential caster/camber adjustment (not just for Fords). Adding ~$450 to the quote leads me to conclude that they were prepared to charge me $380 to adjust the toe? And an hour per side for caster/camber sleeves? For comparison I got an alignment done on the same make/model (different vehicle, long story) in October of last year for $372.85 which included 2 caster/camber bushings. Tech wrote it up as 1 hour total, I'll take my business there.
