Sunshine Service Brake & Alignment

I have been taking my travel trailers to Sunshine Service for 5 or 6 years now for routine annual brake and bearing service or the occasional alignment service. They are honest and up front and always contact me before doing any additional work if they identify any unforeseen issues. Most recently I had to have all 4 of the original brakes on my trailer replaced as they were growing weaker over time. Rather than just slapping on 4 new brakes and sending me out the door, the Sunshine techs took the time to examine every possible cause of the problem such as dirt, worn out pads, drum wear or electrical issues with my truck or trailer wiring. Each time they went over their findings with me before moving on to the next step. The owner of Sunshine Service himself actually spent about an hour with me test driving my truck and trailer before we decided that a total brake replacement was the answer. After the techs replaced all 4 brakes the owner then spent about another hour test driving with me to make sure the new brakes were properly seating which they were. He then showed me one of my old brake assemblies and explained how they work and that it was nothing I was doing wrong. They just wore out. That is incredible service. Sunshine Service has a loyal customer in me and I have recommended them to other trailer owners. Thank you Sunshine Service!
