Update: Thank you, Rick for helping turn this experience around for us. We needed the straightforward and transparent communication that you provided us. And your follow up call the day after we picked up our RV helped turn this stressful experience right side up again. I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars! Initial Review: We used to have really EXCELLENT experiences here! But this is turning into a nightmare now. They haven't been communicating with us regarding our RV that has been there for nearly two weeks (for a scheduled appointment that we prepaid a large sum of money for). We are supposed to leave tomorrow and still our RV hasn't had its work done. We keep calling and getting a different reason why and a different estimated time of completion. What a powerless position we are in. I would love to change this rating, but feel others should know what is happening.
