I was referred by Discount Tire who gave me a coupon. These guys communicated really well and kept me up to date on what was going on. They check out all areas of the car and made recommendations. I was worried they were going to call me and tell me all sorts of things were bad but that did not happen. I felt they were honest and gave me pointers on what to look for and watch for going forward and what kind of oil to use for older cars. Overall a great experience.

Such an impressive business. Professional, courteous, friendly, and explained everything in great detail while also providing pictures of what they found wrong as well as the repair. Also of note is how clean this shop is. What a pleasure.

This place is AWESOME! I’ve lived in Reno all my life and for us ladies sometimes it can be hard to find a good auto shop. My Father recommended coming here after a great experience. So I decided to try them out and now I’ve been coming to them for years! They are VERY honest and their prices are reasonable. The work top notch! Plus the two front desk guys, one who’s name i forget (sorry!) and the other Kaleie (sorry if I butchered the spelling!). Seriously no better auto shop in the area!
