Showed up with out appointment for oil change they still took great care of me and my car. The waiting area very comfortable and clean. They supply drinks such as coffee soda and water. I just had the most outstanding experience with this company. Walked for my 930am appointment, the sales person (Alberto) greeted me by name, how he knew is amazing! He gave me all the information as to timing, was very helpful and kind. They texted me an update on the status including an amazing complimentary comprehensive visual inspection of my car with pictures! Once my car was complete, I got another text letting me know. Same experience when I came to pick up my car, Alberto greeted me by name. They had a great waiting area, very clean and welcoming area if you needed to wait for your car. I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you

My grandson took his car there for a brake repair estimate. They made him sign a waiver that if the car was not safe to drive they would not release it to him unless it was towed before they would look at it. He signed. Wrong thing to do!! They diagnosed the problem and gave him an outrageous estimate for the repair of his front brakes plus would not release his car to their discretion . Saying it was unsafe to drive. So we had to get a tow truck and haul it to another repair shop. Which by the way was only.02 of a mile away. This shop repaired the front brakes for half the cost Sunshine wanted. So with the extra money we had them replace the rear as well . Which the total bill was still 500.00 cheaper than Sunshines estimate on just replacing the front brakes only. Beware of this business !!!!!. If this business wants to contest this review I will post their estimate and the other business where we did the repair. Just to prove to them and everyone else that this business is crooked!! I certainly hope this will help other consumers from getting ripped off from this business!! In response to Cody (Sunshine ) for my review. First off my phone call to you was not yelling. I had to raise my voice a little due to you wouldn't let me speak. Next you advertise that you've be in business for many years and have not seen this situation. I've been in the auto repair business for 50 years and have seen this many times. My response to you on letting my grandson drive the car after your diagnosis was due to he drove the car to you and could stop and he only had to go down the street to the other shop .02 tenths of a mile. But after your diagnosis he had no brake fluid to do that. So basically during your diagnosis you drained the master cylinder dry. So he had no brakes. Yes the front brakes were totaled but the rear were still operating. So for.02 tenths of a mile he would have been ok if he would have had brake fluid! Also you emphasized that you only use OEM parts. And that they are sometimes more expensive. Well the other repair shop used OEM parts also. Plus your estimate was 2391.00 for doing the repair on the frt and rear. While the other shop was 1155.81 for doing the same. That's quite a price difference!!! So with this said let's let the public decide. I'm not wasting my time on you anymore! In my eyes and I hope many others will side with me !!!
