Sunshine Service Brake & Alignment
I called to see if I could get an appointment for a front end alignment. The polite lady who answered told me that she would need to transfer me to someone who could check the schedule. Before she could transfer me, she needed: first and last name, phone number, address, email address, urgency of the issue. It's interesting that she didn't ask about the year/make/model. After 4m45s (I looked at the call time on my phone), she told me that no one is available to check the schedule and I'd be receiving a call back. I'm still waiting. I understand that their work is good but I think the front end customer relations could use a little tweaking. edit EDIT edit EDIT edit EDIT edit EDIT edit EDIT I got a call from the owner 31 minutes after the answering service experience. As it turns out, the shop is closed today for Independence Day (observed) and I'm on the list to get a call tomorrow. I'll edit after the service. We were on standby for any cancellations. The job was done the next morning and the car drives as good as new. They honored a verbal estimate that was about 25% lower than the one I signed. Also, a corroded bolt broke and they replaced it without charge. In summary, great service that is highly recommended. The answering service that caused my initial review is no longer associated with the place.
