I enjoy the courtesy shown by your employees and the efforts made to keep me informed as to the status of the vehicle and the services required from time to time.

We were traveling through Reno with our travel trailer and had a “trailer brake disconnect” error on our dash. After getting to Reno we called several places which were booked out for over a week. When I called the folks at Sunshine & explained our situation they were able to work us in within a couple of days. I told them we had an intermittent problem for the last year with the “disconnect” error and the things I had done to attempt to fix the problem. We dropped the trailer off first thing in the morning and Kalii took extensive notes and told us they would check the trailer and let us know what the problem was as soon as possible. He texted a couple of hours later explaining the problem & I gave the approval to do the work. When I arrived to pick up the trailer Doug & Andreas were just finishing up the work. Kalii & Doug showed me the parts they replaced and why they failed. The trailer brakes are working better now than they ever have and I very much appreciate all the efforts everyone made to get us back on the road as soon as possible. If we lived in Reno I would definitely bring Sunshine Service all my business!

Definitely a five star rating !! Have also had previous services performed on our motorhome. Always completed correctly and on time. Kalii Burch, Service Manager, and his staff are the best ! All very experienced professionals. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for an outstanding vehicle service establishment; one who has been here since 1951 !!

I will come back to Sunshine automotive next time I need any vehicle worked on. Sierra and Alberto are awesome. They kept me well informed with text messages and phone calls as to the status of my vehicle. I would recommend these guys for all your automotive needs. Thanks again sunshine

Service performed well and on time.

I needed a defective stud replaced on the left front wheel of our 2009 Jeep Liberty. I came to Sunshine Service as a "walk-in" and spoke with Service Manager Kalii Burch. He assured me that one of his professionals could complete the job in around 2 hours. In about an hour I was able to leave the facility. Previously I have had services on our motorhome performed here, and highly recommend this vehicle service establish!

Job done well and timely. Good customer service. Would go there again and would recommend to friends and family.
