Everything was fine. Had the alignment results explained and no attempt made to cause me to believe I needed more than a basic alignment even though I talked in advance about my expectations for OEM parts. At 264,000 miles I expected them to find something! It turned out everything was working perfectly! I put my truck through some hard use on 4 wheel drive roads so it is reassuring to know I wont have to be concerned that I might have to pay for repairs that are not needed.

My E-450 Class C motor home was difficult to drive especially in cross winds or when trucks passed by in the adjacent lane quickly. The steering felt very sloppy and over boosted, making it tiring to drive for long trips. It turns out the front axle caster was set too low - they set it to +5 degrees and the steering feels so much better and the handling is greatly improved. Rex really knows what he is doing as he found and fixed other alignment issues including a dogged rear axle. He even did a full inspection and found my RV’s battery was near the end, failing a load test. That would have been horrible to have fail on a trip. They put in a new battery. Thanks for the great work!

Would never go here ever again they try to screw you the whole time took my truck in for an alignment they said it would be 125 over the phone then I get there they said it would be over 200 then I got the bill it ended up being over 300 that is absolutely insane they dropped off the truck before my appointment at 10 am it was finished until 4 pm absolutely ridiculous that it would take them that long to align My truck if I could give a 0 I would

I accompanied my 91 year old dad to drop off his car for service without an appointment. He was hoping to leave it and pick it up again the same week (this was on a Tuesday). There were no openings until the following Thursday, but we left the car with the "promise" to fit it in if there were any cancellations. We got a call on the Thursday of the same week that the car was ready for pickup! Kalii and his staff were professional, polite, fair and patient with my dad. Much appreciated!!
