It was nice to have an honest and dependable business work on my truck. I had taken it to other businesses but none of them took the time to find the problems with my truck like Sunshine Service did. They took the time to show what was wrong with the truck and were right on with their quote, no added hidden fees. The truck was repaired in the time frame they told me.

I was referred by a friend for a wheel alignment for a new sports car. The vehicle has tire use as it is aligned to hold the road at high speed. I asked for a more neutral alignment. Afterwards, Ken, the technician, took the time to explain the work he did and why. Usually, I get the interpretation through the service writers. I was very appreciative of the information Ken explained to me. I will use sunshine again.

Called in around 3pm on a Friday hoping to get an appointment for the upcoming week to take a look at my AC. Kali'i was able to squeeze me in and get me in same day a half hour later! Everyone in the office was very friendly and they pulled my car in right away. Doug, the mechanic working on my car, came in shortly after and explained why my AC wasn't working and the steps needed to fix it. Both times I've been to the shop the mechanics and office staff have been very honest and didnt try to empty my wallet with unnecessary charges. Anytime my car has problems it will ALWAYS come straight to Sunshine!!
