Sunshine did a lot of work on our RV last week. They were able to detect and repair a slow leak in one our tires. The problem was not the tire but a valve stem installed incorrectly. Sunshine detected other issues and repaired them all. Outstanding job and we highly recommend them. Shirley H

I am very satisfied with the service I received at Sunshine. I needed an appointment for a steering wheel that was very loose. I was able to get an appointment withing 2 days. I am very pleased with Brian and certainly will be dealing with Sunshine whenever possible in the future. Also, I felt the charge was very fair. One of the best shops in the Reno-Sparks area.

Honest and reliable company with an awesome staff, wouldn't trust anyone else with my car!

My story is an unfortunate one. I had been coming to Sunshine automotive for about 2 years. I had trusted them with all my vehicles and even my families. But on one fateful day I had taken a chance on them to work on a car that means a great deal to me. My 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback. Later in the day I had received a call telling me of an unfortunate accident involving my car. A loose washer had somehow been sucked down into the engine, horrified a raced down to Sunshine to find out how this was possible. I walked into the store and was in complete shock as I was face to face with one of their televisions showcasing a new commercial they had just finished shooting that day involving my mustang... They had never asked for my permission or even bothered to inform me they where driving the car. I can't even begin to express my anger, especially when one of the employee's had the nerve to tell me the washer in the engine is my fault and they are not liable. I'm sorry but I was under the impression that when I hand you the keys and my trust with my vehicle whatever happens to it is now your responsibility!! They didn't even bother making my car a priority as they still worked on other cars and helped other customers, due to me no longer being a paying customer. When this nightmare was over they still charged me for the work done before the accident and made it seem like they did me a favor for not charging me for the man hours it took to remove the washer. I will never do business with this company again. They treated me and my car very disrespectfully. I wished now I would've sued them but it is not the first thought that went through my head, I just wanted to get me and my car as far away from them as possible.
