Very friendly and responsive staff, made recommendations of what to fix and the cost but accepted only doing part of the fix when I couldn't afford to do the rest. No pressure, upselling condescension for my obvious ignorance of cars, or unnecessary replacements, and very honest when they accidentally overcharged me and credited me the remainder. A little more expensive than I was expecting but probably no more than anywhere else! Very happy with service here!

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment. The team at Sunshine did a thorough examination of the vehicle before performing any work. After identifying that additional services were needed on the vehicle to properly align it, I was notified, provided photos and an estimate for the recommended work. I was also provided a multi-point checklist of the items examined and of certain items that were taken care of such as power steering fluid and windshield wiper fluid. It's clear Sunshine wants to ensure your vehicle is safe.

Had an issue with my car starting, I've gotten an alignment here before plus with good reviews on yelp I decided to come here. They were able to squeeze me in and figure out my car issue. They offer rides to work/home while you wait. I had a nice conversation with their owner on my ride home, he explained to me all the possible issues my car could have. I got a call from Kalli when they figured it out, but I had to call back because I was driving. When I called back Kali was on lunch so I spoke with someone else. He gave me an overview and price of the repair. There was an online coupon I asked if I could use and he said yes but I had to print it and bring in. I asked if I could print it there as I had no access to computer and obviously no ride to a kinkos or something. He said he'd have to check because they needed a copy to turn the paperwork in with, so he wasn't sure. I thought this was silly that there was a possibility I couldn't use the coupon without a paper copy, but said ok. When Kali called me back to let me know my car was ready he said he'd honor the online coupon for me, so it worked out. It's always expensive to fix your car so I'm not sure what other places would of charged or it's a good deal or not. $477 to replace my ignition switch, and thats including the diagnostic fee of $105.

This is a great place to bring your vehicle here for a alignment and the people here know what they are doing on any vehicles.
