I've brought our three vehicles here for the last year or so. I have found them to be fair and reasonable. I haven't felt like they've tried to "scam" me ever. For example, the estimated price went down at the final cost because not all the fluid was needed. They could have kept it there at the higher price and I never would have known. Another guy stated in the office "yeah I was directed here- heard you're the best around!" to Kalii as he was checking out. Both Kalii and Scott in the front have been helpful always too. It's a bit further for us to get there, being in south Reno, but it is worth the drive up there.
