Everyone who works here is very nice and they have free snacks and beverages in their waiting room for customers, we well as a wide selection of food magazines.

Steve is the reason Sunshine Service gets a 4 Star review instead of a 2 Star review. He exemplifies customer service and, despite the mistakes made with my car and the rudeness of his coworker, he persisted with ardent attempts to make it right. I will consider coming back here in future because of him, and only because of him. Some constructive criticism for the business: be better at scheduling (don't tell someone to bring their car in at 7:30am if you don't plan to touch it until 2pm) and really attempt to improve your communication with your customers. A person shouldn't have to call your shop repeatedly all day long to find out what is going on, that is what you have a receptionist for. If you communicate with people, you will avoid the inevitable frustration and irritation you likely often deal with.

I have been appreciating Sunshine's excellent services since 1964, and NOT ONCE have I had to bring my car back after any of their fine work. That kind of a record is hard to equal in any service related business. They're #1. Wyman Cooper , Reno resident since 1945.

An honest business I would use again if the need ever rises when in the area. Even though i had an idea the work needing to be done, before continuing with the work, I was given the opportunity to look at what needed to be replaced. Good job Sunshine Automotive!
