Super service and great communication. Everything was explained quite well and I plan on returning in the near future to get the rest of the recommended services.

Sunshine Service was not set up to shave a tire on my Tesla. I did make an appointment however they have never shaved a tire on this type of vehicle. Owner Mark Sutherlin was able to give me excellent customer service working with me and his technictions. Mark thank you for making me a loyal customer again.

It is hard to find honest and competent service these days. But I found it at Sunshine. I set up an appointment two weeks out because these guys are busy but they also made front and rear end alignment repairs to my Class A RV and completed everything the same day. Price was fair and more importantly the job was done right the first time. That seems to be unusual in the RV repair business and that's why if I need them, I'll go back to Sunshine again in the future.

We were driving up from Arizona to look at a class A diesel pusher, so I made an appointment with Rick to have it inspected the day after we looked at it and had agreed on a price. Doug and Jim did a good job of inspecting the chassis, brakes, suspension, tires, etc. which helped to give us peace of mind about buying the coach. Rick, Steve, and Kalii were great at answering our questions and concerns; it turned out that Jim (excellent front end tech) had time open on his schedule so I had him perform an alignment the same day! We are headed back to Sunshine on Monday, before we leave town, to get the generator serviced (oil & filters changed) since Kalii was able to squeeze us into the schedule. Very nice waiting area with comfy chairs, TV, and snacks. Although we were "out of town" strangers, we were treated like family.

Great service and honest repairs. In today's world, that says a lot!
