This was my first visit. They did a great job on the front end alignment of my 2014 F150. I also asked them to check the adjustment of my headlights. I was told they checked the adjustment and nothing was needed. I never heard of a shop not taking an opportunity to wring one more charge out of a customer when possible. I appreciate a great quality job for a fair price and I only return to a business when I have been treated honestly. I will be back!

Very nice people. They took the time to explain everything in a way I was able to full understand the issues I was faced with. They also took the time to explain to my daughter who's car we were having fixed how to use the 4x4 and what to and not to worry about. The work was done quickly and the cost was very reasonable.

I have been taking my car to Sunshine Service for a few years now at the recommendation of my son, a diesel mechanic. I have always had prompt, courteous and very fair treatment. If , there is an additional issue with the vehicle, they call me before any additional work is done. They put in new brakes for me and have guaranteed the service and material for a year. I did have an additional problem with the front brakes and they fixed the problem for no charge. I feel they are honest, conscientious and are very good mechanics. I finally found a mechanic service I can believe in to not get overcharged for services I do not want or need. Good job Sunshine!!

Great customer service; excellent care of my vehicle.

I needed the axle on our travel trailer 'straightened', if that turned out to be the problem. Nobody down here in Carson City did this kind of work. After calling many different shops, I found Sunshine - and yes they did do axle work. Whew! We dropped our trailer off at 8am (per appointment) and in about four hours they called to tell me all was well now. I'd already put a new tire on to replace the one that showed me the axle was in need of work. I am totally pleased with the professionalism they showed in fixing our trailer. I might add too, that this is the CLEANEST auto repair shop I have EVER been in! Both bathrooms were spotless, and the waiting room was as well. The whole business reflects pride in appearance, pride in jobs well done, and shows that everyone cares. When's the last time you went somewhere and felt like THIS? We WILL be back, and we WILL tell our friends.
