Had an appointment for an alignment in the morning, brought my car in and was told they couldn't get to it until sometime in the afternoon. Apparently appointment means something different there.

Always reliable, honest, prompt with the service and as a single woman with no mechanic background, I have relied on Sunshine for years. I know the basic maintenance requirements and can tell when my car needs some attention, (alignment issues, etc) and the guys at Sunshine are always ready to help me find what the problem is. They never suggest that "some work" needs to be done, when it doesn't, as I have encountered this issue with other mechanics. Love Sunshine....their honesty and great mechanics is why I keep going back.

This was my first time here. I made a last minute decision to stop by and get my car smogged before heading to work. They open early, which was very helpful. They were able to take me right away. It took about 10 minutes from start to finish, and it was $25 for the smog check. And I made it to work on time! Friendly and efficient service!

Sunshine Service responded to my request for basic service for my Winnebago and service the generator of the RV. They evaluated the service required and resolved this issues in less than 48 hours. The service was excellent and fair. Thank you. I will be a repeat customer.

Friendly service, comfortable waiting room, quick turnaround, and a fair price. They tell you what's wrong with the car but don't pressure you to book another service which is much appreciated. Can't ask for anything more!

Had my second positive experience at Sunshine today! This is a good place to go if you need alignment in Reno. It's important to have a trustworthy mechanic, so we're lucky that there are a few great auto shops in Reno, and this is on of them. The prices are fair, the turnaround is fast, and the waiting room and facilities are clean and comfortable. The customer service is great, the guys are friendly, and they'll tell you what's wrong with your car without trying to force an upsell. I will return if/when I need alignment services.
