They were able to get a good alignment on my lowered BMW. They have above and beyond customer service and a very professional staff. I will recommend them to my friends.

Great bunch of guys. It's the only place in the Reno sparks area to have your semi aligned. After checking all 3 axles they actually told me my alignment was perfect, we found an issue and they charged me only the minimum for putting my truck on the rack. Don't find that any more. This review is about my first visit to Sunshine. Here's what I think: You can probably pay less going somewhere else, but these guys have a focus on quality and appear to stand behind their work. I took my motorhome there for a simple oil change and ended up with about a $2k repair bill to replace a radiator. It's not a great feeling to go in thinking you're going to spend $200 and then realize that, no, it's more like $2,000. And they know that too. They checked over everything on my motorhome and gave me an honest assessment of what was wrong with it. They saw the cracked radiator and prioritized that above other less important repairs. In the end, I decided to have them do it because I didn't want to end up on the side of the road with my kids. They did a great job sourcing a new one on short notice, and they knew I had to get out of town quickly. They even let me sleep in my motorhome overnight while it was being repaired, which was a huge help. So, these guys have earned my trust. For me it's worth a little extra expense to have a true automotive "partner" who has my back even when it's bad news.

I brought in my car for an alignment and they had to replace some bolts to set the alignment correctly. It cost more than I was expecting but they did offer a less expensive option that would not be as effective and lead to more problems in the future. I will bring my vehicle here for any other needs I may have. It is a bit far from where I live but that is just part of living in rural Nevada, they did have a nice waiting area with a tv, magazines and wifi available which made the time fly by.

They know their stuff. I had an electrical issue in my RV which had been fixed before by someone else--incorrectly. Things are running smooth now.

Outstanding customer service. I wasn't able to get down to pick up my car because I was at work. Scott had the courtesy shuttle pick me up so I could have my car that evening.
