Personnel at Sunshine are so friendly and great to deal with.

I went to Sunshine for brake service yesterday, and was very pleased. I was my first experience with them, and I will call upon them in the future.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, My vehicle was returned spotless couldn't tell any one had been working on it except that the problems were fixed. The only down side is it took a long time and it would have been nice to get an occasional update on the progress or reasons why there is a delay. But I would and will go back for any future repairs and or service's as needed.

I recently had a headlight go out on my Lexus which has to be specially ordered. Sunshine found the part and replaced it in just over an hour.

Had the guys at Sunshine align my single axle trailer after I installed an LCI correct track II system to gain a 2 inch lift. The work was done promptly and correctly and the total bill was even 50 dollars cheaper than what was quoted. This is my first experience with Sunshine, but probably not my last.

Sunshine is a paradigm of what customer service should be. My first time doing business with them couldn't have gone more smoothly. I forgot that my appointment was for 10 not 10:30 until about 9:45. I called as soon as I realized my error. They were courteous and told me they would figure it out when I got there. They gave me a two hour estimate, which they cut in half. One of the best things is the link to their 44point inspection of your vehicle. This gave me a feeling that I was valued and gave them a customer for life.
