Sparks and Reno Auto Repair

Friendly service, comfortable waiting room, quick turnaround, and a fair price. They tell you what's wrong with the car but don't pressure you to book another service which is much appreciated. Can't ask for anything more!

Had my second positive experience at Sunshine today! This is a good place to go if you need alignment in Reno. It's important to have a trustworthy mechanic, so we're lucky that there are a few great auto shops in Reno, and this is on of them. The prices are fair, the turnaround is fast, and the waiting room and facilities are clean and comfortable. The customer service is great, the guys are friendly, and they'll tell you what's wrong with your car without trying to force an upsell. I will return if/when I need alignment services. Thanks Sunshine!

verified the problem & fixed it came day.

Work done as requested, neatly and on time.

Very professional staff. I liked that Rex took time with the technician present to explain in detail what the diagnostic service revealed.

Excellent service, great people!

They got my truck fix

Fast , curdios , and honest

Received a call from Rick, Sunshine's V.P. Operations, good discussion about my last visit to Sunshine Service. He was very professional and we were able to come to a amicable solution regarding my recent visit. The next time I have a car problem I will give Sunshine Service another shot. Was really glad he reached out to me, it meant a great deal and showed that their customer service is top notch, and they definitely value their customers.
