I was immediately impressed and honestly taken off guard by the welcome that I received when I initially arrived. It was professional, yet very sincere as if they had known me for few years, and that made me feel comfortable. Why? Because I didn't know them at all, I know nothing about working on cars, and I went in with that "they're gonna try to fix any & everything, even if it's not broken, then give me some outrageous bill!" mentality. Well, that definitely wasn't the case. They did a great job! The owner himself even gave me a ride to where I needed to go while they had my car. It was also nice that they sat down and went over everything afterwards with me and made sure that I understood. I don't always give reviews, but this one was worth taking a moment. Thanks Scott, Mark, and that guy wearing the cool Aloha shirt that I didn't get his name.

Very helpful and friendly, I was referred to them for a special situation and was on a very tight budget. They were understanding and helpful and were able to accommodate my budget.

service was great..the whole process was polite and efficient from the phone conversation when making appointment to the finish. I was told on the phone the price and approxiament time it would be to rotate and balance my tires..that held true. The waiting room is pleasnt ,,very clean and offers t.v, magazines and snacks. the staff was friendly and polite..my car and I are happy and will return.
